05 - 10 Important Points for Best AIR SPRAYER PREPARATION and USE

  1. ADJUST LENGTH OF TOW-BAR AND DRIVE SHAFT.
  2. CHECK PUMP OIL LEVEL AND COLOR BEFORE ANY NEW SPRAYING.
  3. CALIBRATE THE AIR-SPRAYER FOR THE REQUIRED VOLUME = LITRES / HECTARE.
  4. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILL-SCREEN. IF DAMAGED, REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY.
  5. UTILISE THE DOSING PROBE FOR PESTICIDES TRANSFER.
  6. ADJUST PUMP PRESSURE AT 15 BAR.
  7. KEEP MIXING FUNCTION ACTIVE DURING TRANSFER, AFTER TANK REFILLING.

    ER ANY SPRAY DAY

  8. FLUSH THE CIRCUIT OF THE AIR SPRAYER AFTER ANY USE.
  9. WASH THE MACHINE THOROUGHLY AFTER EACH USE.
  10. GREASE CARDAN-SHAFT AND WHEEL BEARINGS, PERIODICALLY.

02 - ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE

Electric Charge is a physical property of matter that causes a force when near other electrically charged matter.
There exist two types of electric charges: Positive and Negative. Positively-charged matter is repelled from other positively charged matter, but attracted to negatively-charged matter. Negatively-charged matter is repelled from negative and attracted to positive.

01 - The “ULV- Absolute” D50 VMD - D90 VMD by TIFONE

The system "ULV-Absolute" is based solely on the hydraulic pressure.

  1. Hydraulic pressure that remains constant = also by varying the blower speed.
  2. Hydraulic pressure that remains constant = also at in and out of the rows.
  3. Hydraulic constant pressure producing constant diameter droplets.
  4. Utilizing the nozzle ATR - Albuz, in a very though ceramic.
  5. Producing droplets of higher spectrum D50 VMD, and very high, up to D90 VMD.
  6. The diameter of the droplets is adjustable, simply by varying the pressure.
  7. To spray High-, Medium-, or Low Volume / Hectare.
  8. Never the risk of insufficient spray coverage, at the entrance and exit of rows, due to slowdown required, with the consequent drop in speed of the PTO and blower.
  9. Which is a negative unavoidable reality, with misting systems based on the speed of the blower, named "low volume pneumatic", with or without Venturi devices.

Unlike the ordinary "ULV" pneumatic sprayers, based on blower air speed
  1. Where droplets atomization is produced by the speed of the air jet of the blower only.
  2. Air speed, changing strongly, with the speed of the blower.
  3. Air speed, changing strongly, with the speed of the PTO of the tractor.
  4. Air speed, falling heavily, whet slowing down, at the entrance and exit of the rows ...
  5. ... With consequent falling of air jet and the risk of a lower insufficient spray coverage.

05 - TIFONE: Some Exclusive Plus, to watch at

As not all of them are totally evident to be immediately appreciated at the first glance to a TIFONE Sprayer.
  • Therefore, we should invest some time and attention to discover them, and see their value, for the Utilizer.
  • To classify a TIFONE Sprayer as a different one, not just as a standard one.
  • And valuate Price to Value: Performace, Reliability, Comfort, Safety.
